Tolima stumble to defeat against Envigado

Envigado edged out Tolima, 2x1, on Thursday, on to matchday 13 of the Liga Colombiana Apertura. Coming into the contest, Alberto Suárez 's team came from a defeat, and Hernán Torres's team came from a win.

The first goal of the game was scored by Juan Fernando Caicedo, in the 41st minute. Shortly before the interval, Joan Parra fired home for Envigado. With 45 minutes already played, goalkeeper had a golden opportunity on his feet to score but missed a penalty.

Rubio España scored the winner with 61 minutes on the clock from the penalty spot.

After the result Tolima are 6th in the table, with 18 points, while Envigado sit 8th place, with 17 points. In the next fixture, Alberto Suárez 's team visit Millonarios. Meanwhile, Hernán Torres's team will play at home against Junior Barranquilla.
