Qarabag overcame SC Braga, 2x4, on Thursday, in a match relating of the Europa League. Both the arsenalistas and Gurban Gurbanov's team held their first game in the competition. Abdellah Zoubir was on fire.
The opening goal was scored by Marko Jankovic in the 20th minute, from the penalty spot. Shortly before the interval, Simon Banza struck for SC Braga, from a corner.
After 54 minutes, Abdellah Zoubir struck the second goal for Qarabag. In the 66th minute, Gurban Gurbanov's team increased their lead with a goal from Juninho Vieira. With 69 minutes on the clock, Qarabag extended their lead with a goal from Abdellah Zoubir with a left-foot shot inside the box. João Moutinho netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game from the penalty spot.
In the next fixture, Qarabag will play at home against SC Braga.
