Rio Grande Valley beat San Diego Loyal

Rio Grande Valley overcame San Diego Loyal, 2x1, on Saturday, in a match relating to the Grp.A of the USL Championship. Emilio Ycaza runned the show.

After 5 minutes, Frank López had a golden chance to score but missed the penalty. The first goal was scored by Kyle Vassell after 37 minutes, from the penalty spot.

In the 76th minute, Emilio Ycaza fired home for Rio Grande Valley, assisted by Frank López. Emilio Ycaza netted the last goal after 80 minutes.

With regard to the next fixture, Rio Grande Valley will play at home against San Antonio FC, whilst San Diego Loyal visit LA Galaxy Reservas.
