Monaco edged past Troyes

Monaco triumphed over Troyes in a close win on Sunday, 2x1, in the match for the 31st round. Before this Matchday, Philippe Clément's team came from two wins, and Bruno Irles's team came from a win.

 Caio Henrique opened the score with 19 minutes on the clock, from a direct free kick. In the 39th minute, Iké Ugbo struck for Troyes, with a right-foot strike from outside the box, assisted by Florian Tardieu.

After 57 minutes, key moment of the game, when Kevin Volland came on.  Kevin Volland netted the last goal with 57 minutes on the clock with a left-foot strike.

After the result Monaco is 6th in the table, 50 points, while Troyes occupy 15th place, 32 points. With regard to their next fixture, Philippe Clément's team visit Rennes. Meanwhile, Bruno Irles's team will host Strasbourg.
