Portland Timbers defeated by SJ Earthquakes

SJ Earthquakes triumphed over Portland Timbers in a close win on Wednesday, 3x2, in a game relating to mathweek 3. To this matchday, San Jose, CA's team came from a draw, and Portland, OR's team came from a win. Jamiro Monteiro with a superb display.

Cristhian Paredes opened the score in the 18th minute. With 31 minutes on the clock, Jackson Yueill struck for SJ Earthquakes, assisted by Jeremy Ebobisse. San Jose, CA's team scored their second goal of the game through Jamiro Monteiro, after 44 minutes, laid on by Cade Cowell. 

After 56 minutes, Bill Tuiloma fired home Portland Timbers second goal, assisted by Eryk Williamson. After 80 minutes, Jamiro Monteiro netted the final goal of the game.
