NE Revolution overcome FC Cincinnati

NE Revolution defeated FC Cincinnati in a fantastic win on Wednesday, 5x1, in a match relating of US Open Cup. Carles Gil was the main player.

The first goal of the game was scored by Álvaro Barreal, in the 12th minute.  after 34 minutes, Carles Gil fired home for NE Revolution, from the penalty spot. Bruce Arena's team scored their second goal of the game through midfielder, with 37 minutes on the clock, assisted by Tommy McNamara. 

In the 47th minute, Adam Buksa doubled the lead for Foxborough, MA's team. With this goal, Adam Buksa reached the 20th goal of the season.  after 53 minutes, Carles Gil completed the hat-trick, assisted by Brandon Bye. It was his 9th goal of the season. Adam Buksa netted the last goal in the 57th minute. Adam Buksa is on a scoring streak of 5 consecutive games scoring.

With this result, NE Revolution are into the next round of the competition. With regard to the next fixture, Foxborough, MA's team visit New York City FC.
