Loko Stara Zagora overcame Ljuboten in a fantastic win on Sunday, 5x1, in a match relating of the Women Champions League. Laura Rus was the man of the match.
The first goal of the game was scored by Maria Baska, after 2 minutes. With 15 minutes on the clock, Anastasiia Skorynina struck the second goal for Loko Stara Zagora. Shortly before the interval, Laura Rus doubled the lead for Stara Zagora's team, from the penalty spot. With 45 minutes already played, Yanko Valkanov's team extended their lead with a goal from Rafaela Lopes.
After 47 minutes, Loko Stara Zagora increased their lead with a goal from Laura Rus. After 68 minutes, Teodora Jankovska netted the final goal of the game.
Thanks to this result, Loko Stara Zagora are through to the next round of the competition.
