Fulham stumble to defeat against Arsenal

Arsenal defeated Fulham, 2x1, on Saturday, on matchweek 4. In this competition, Mikel Arteta's team came from three wins, and Marco Silva's team came from a win.

The first half came to an end without goals.

The first goal was scored by Aleksandar Mitrovic with 56 minutes on the clock. After 64 minutes, Martin Odegaard struck for Arsenal, assisted by Bukayo Saka. Gabriel Magalhães netted the last goal with 86 minutes on the clock. In the 90th minute, Tim Ream was subbed.

After the result Arsenal are 1st in the table, with 12 points, while Fulham sit 11th place, with 5 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Mikel Arteta's team will host Aston Villa, whilst Marco Silva's team will play at home against Brighton & Hove Albion.
