FC Dallas overcame Sporting KC in a close win on Saturday, 2x1, in a match relating to the Grp.East of the MLS.
After 11 minutes, Daniel Salloi opened the scoring for Sporting KC.
In the 55th minute, Alan Velasco fired home for FC Dallas. With 66 minutes on the clock, Peter Vermes's team saw Erik Thommy miss a penalty. Jesús Ferreira scored the winning goal after 84 minutes.
In relation to forthcoming league matches, FC Dallas will play away against Los Angeles FC, while Sporting KC will host Seattle Sounders.
