Boca Juniors Secures Last-Minute Reinforcement for the Club World Cup

Ayrton Costa, defender of Boca Juniors, will join the rest of the squad in the United States, after obtaining his entry visa for the country where the Club World Cup will take place. It is worth noting that the player had three applications previously denied by the host country. 

The 25-year-old player, who is on probation for home invasion and aggravated robbery, corrected an error in his application, which then allowed him to travel to the United States. 

It should be remembered that the Buenos Aires emblem, already in Miami, is placed in Group C with Benfica, Bayern Munchen and Auckland City.

The team's first match in the competition is scheduled for next Monday (11:00 PM), against the encarnados.
