San Jose Earthquakes move on to the next round of US Open Cup

San Jose Earthquakes edged out Minnesota United, 4-2, on Tuesday, in a match relating to the Last 16 of the US Open Cup. Beau Leroux was on fire.

The first goal was scored by Beau Leroux with 15 minutes on the clock.

In an unlucky moment Ronaldo Vieira scored an own goal after 59 minutes. Minnesota United scored their second goal of the game through Tomás Chancalay, in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Jack Skahan scored the second goal for San Jose Earthquakes. After 73 minutes, Beau Leroux struck for Bruce Arena's team. Niko Tsakiris netted the last goal with 76 minutes on the clock.

Thanks to this result, San Jose Earthquakes are through to the next round of the competition.
