      Tigres beat Mazatlán

      Tigres crushed Mazatlán in a fantastic win on Saturday, 5-1, on to matchday 17 of the México Clausura. Coming into the contest, Guido Pizarro's team came from two draws, and Sergio Bueno's team came from a win. Juan Brunetta made a great performance with 2 goals.

      The first goal was scored by Juan Brunetta in the 15th minute.

      Tigres scored their second goal of the game through Ángel Correa, with 58 minutes on the clock. After 63 minutes, Guido Pizarro's team increased their lead with a goal from Juan Brunetta. In the 78th minute, Gabriel López fired home for Mazatlán. With 81 minutes on the clock, Diego Sánchez doubled the lead for Tigres. Ozziel Herrera netted the last goal in the 84th minute.

      After the result Tigres are 7th in the table, with 25 points, while Mazatlán sit 16th place, with 15 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Guido Pizarro's team will play at home against Chivas.
