        Nacional Potosí lose out to Guabirá

        Guabirá edged out Nacional Potosí in a close win on Sunday, 2-1, on matchday eight. In this competition, both teams came from a draw.

        Andrés Torrico opened the score after 34 minutes. Shortly before the interval, Nacional Potosí saw Luis Zeballos get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

        With 53 minutes on the clock, Ramiro Cristóbal fired home for Guabirá. Gustavo Peredo scored the winner after 56 minutes. With 59 minutes on the clock, Diego Hoyos left the game early after seeing a red card. Deep into added time, Leonardo Eguez's team saw Andres Ruiz leave the game early with a direct red card.

        After the result Nacional Potosí are 10th in the table, with 8 points, while Guabirá sit 11th place, with 8 points. In the next fixture, Leonardo Eguez's team visit Bolívar, whilst José Márquez's team will play at home against Real Oruro.
