        Al-Qadisiyah beat Al-Ittihad Jeddah

        Al-Qadisiyah edged out Al-Ittihad Jeddah, 1-5, on Thursday, on matchday 34. Coming into the contest, Sérgio Conceição's team came from a defeat, and Brendan Rodgers's team came from four wins. Julián Quiñones was the man of the match.

        Musab Al-Juwayr opened the score early in the game. With 36 minutes on the clock, Al-Qadisiyah extended their lead with a goal from Julián Quiñones. After 37 minutes, Brendan Rodgers's team increased their lead with a goal from forward from the penalty spot. Shortly before the interval, Youssef En-Nesyri fired home for Al-Ittihad Jeddah, from the penalty spot.

        After 55 minutes, Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat doubled the lead for Al-Qadisiyah. Julián Quiñones completed the hat-trick, in the 64th minute.

        After the result Al-Qadisiyah are 4th in the table, with 77 points, while Al-Ittihad Jeddah sit 5th place, with 55 points.
