Shortly before the interval, Youssef En-Nesyri fired home for Al-Ittihad Jeddah, from the penalty spot.
After 55 minutes, Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat doubled the lead for Al-Qadisiyah. Julián Quiñones completed the hat-trick, in the 64th minute.
