Norwich City Advances in EFL League Cup, Overcoming Watford in Opening Match

Norwich City overcame Watford, 1-2, on Tuesday, in a match relating of the EFL League Cup. Both Paulo Pezzolano's team and Liam Manning's team held their first game in the competition.

Josh Sargent opened the score after ten minutes. After 24 minutes, Marcelino Núñez doubled the lead for Norwich City.
