Borussia Dortmund overcame Borussia M´gladbach in a win on Tuesday, 3-1, in a match relating of the Frauen DFB-Pokal. Both Markus Högner's team and Jonas Spengler's team held their first game in the competition.
The first goal of the game was scored by Ronja Leubner, after 40 minutes. Shortly before the interval, Jil Frehse has defended a penalty, converted by Dana Marquardt.
After 69 minutes, Borussia Dortmund increased their lead with a goal from Annika Enderle. In the 76th minute, Miriam Arici fired home for Borussia M´gladbach. In the closing stages of the game, Dana Marquardt wrapped things up.
In the next fixture, Borussia Dortmund will host Bayern München.
