      Millwall Advances in EFL League Cup, Setting Stage for Crystal Palace Clash

      Millwall triumphed over Coventry City in a close win on Tuesday, 2-1, in a match relating of the EFL League Cup.

      The opening goal was scored by Massimo Luongo with 33 minutes on the clock.

      After 76 minutes, Kamarl Grant fired home Millwall second goal. Haji Wright netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game from the penalty spot. Haji Wright now on a scoring streak of 3 consecutive games.

      Thanks to this result, Millwall are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Alex Neil's team will play away against Crystal Palace.
