Al-Khaleej edged out Al-Najma in a win on Tuesday, 3-1, on to matchday 30 of the Saudi Pro League. In this competition, both teams came from a defeat. Joshua King with a superb display.
The first goal was scored by Joshua King after seven minutes. In an unfortunate moment Anthony Moris scored an own goal with 16 minutes on the clock. In the 16th minute, Al-Najma saw Lázaro miss a penalty.
After 52 minutes, Joshua King scored the second goal for Al-Khaleej. With 59 minutes on the clock, Paolo Fernandes netted the final goal of the game.
After the result Al-Khaleej are 11th in the table, with 34 points, while Al-Najma sit 18th place, with 11 points. With regard to the next fixture, Gustavo Poyet's team will play away against Damac FC. Meanwhile, Nestor El Maestro's team visit Al-Ettifaq.
