Antony Holding Out for Betis Move

Manchester United forward Antony has turned down offers in an attempt to secure a return to Real Betis according to reports from Spain.

The Brazilian found it hard to adapt to the Premier League and spent the second half of the 2024/25 season at Betis where he showed much-improved form, scoring nine and assisting six goals in 26 games for the club.

Antony is now part of the 'bomb squad' at Old Trafford alongside Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, and Tyrell Malacia who are all set to leave the club this summer.

Journalist Mateo González of Spanish outlet ABC, Betis are currently offering a loan move without any option to buy to try and secure the Brazilian's services for the 2025/26 campaign while United would prefer a permanent exit.

The player is certainly set on a return to Betis and has been said to turn down offers from Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Italy.
