Nottingham Forest have completed the acquisition of Dan Ndoye from Bologna for a reported $35 million.
The 24-year-old has inked a five-year contract with Forest after a two-year stint in Italy where he appeared in 75 games for Bologna, netting 11 goals and winning the Coppa Italia.
"I am really excited to have joined the Club," Ndoye expressed to the club's media. "It's an exhilarating time at Forest and I knew right away that I wanted to be part of this endeavor. It?s a highly ambitious team with a remarkable history and I?m eager to start playing."
The Swiss international originally played for Lausanne-Sport before moving to France to play for Nice. He then transferred to Basel, and Bologna signed the forward early in the 2023/24 season.
Ndoye is Forest's third addition of the summer window, following the Brazilian duo of Igor Jesus and Jair Cunha.
