      Fram Reykjavik defeat Valur

      Fram Reykjavik edged out Valur in a close win on Friday, 3-2, in a game related to matchweek six of Iceland League. To this matchweek, Rúnar Kristinsson's team came from two wins, and Hermann Hreidarsson's team came from a defeat. In the starting XI there was Kyle McLagan.

      Tryggvi Haraldsson opened the score early in the game. In the 10th minute, Kennie Chopart struck for Fram Reykjavik. After 14 minutes, Adam Pálsson scored the second goal for Valur. With 45 minutes already played, Simon Tibbling fired home Rúnar Kristinsson's team second goal, from the penalty spot.

      Deep into added time, Jakob Byström wrapped things up.
