Jack Grealish is set to undergo a medical later today before joining Everton on loan for the 2025/26 season.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano is reporting that a deal between the Toffees and Manchester City has now been agreed, with Grealish scheduled for his medical before finalizing the transfer.
Grealish was always likely to leave City this summer after reduced playing time under Pep Guardiola's management last season. The forward seeks regular playtime, especially with 2026 being a World Cup year.
Should the deal be finalized, the 29-year-old could make his debut for the Merseyside club on Saturday as Everton faces newly-promoted Leeds United at Elland Road.
Last season, Grealish played 32 games in all competitions, scoring three times and assisting five.
