AS Roma, from Serie A, announced this Friday early afternoon that they have reached an agreement with Serbian goalkeeper Miles Svilar to extend his contract until the summer of 2030.
In a brief official statement, the club from the Italian capital disclosed the deal with the 25-year-old goalkeeper, who previously played for Benfica. Svilar had only one more year left on his contract and had been linked with various other major European clubs this summer.
The young Serbian goalkeeper - who also holds Belgian nationality - had an outstanding season at Roma, being named the best goalkeeper in Serie A last season. He achieved 16 clean sheets.
