Montevideo City triumphed over Progreso in a close win on Saturday, 1-2, in a match relating of the Uruguay League.
Nahuel Da Silva opened the score with 25 minutes on the clock, from the penalty spot. In the 35th minute, Nahuel López fired home for Progreso.
After 69 minutes, Mauro Martín saw a red card after receiving his second yellow Salomón Rodríguez netted the last goal in the 79th minute. In the closing stages of the game, Tabaré Silva's team saw Santiago Viera get a straight red card
In the next fixture, Montevideo City will play away against Albion, whilst Progreso visit Danubio.
