Real Estelí overcome ART Jalapa

Real Estelí overcame ART Jalapa in a win on Wednesday, 3-1, in a match relating to the semi-finals of the Liga Nicarágua Clausura. The first leg fixture ended in a 0-0 draw.

Early in the game, Joab Gutierrez opened the scoring for Real Estelí. After six minutes, Emanuel Casado struck the second goal for Diego Vásquez's team. After 33 minutes, Oscar Villalobos struck for ART Jalapa.

Deep into added time, Nicolas Morínigo wrapped things up.

Thanks to this result, Real Estelí are through to the next round of the competition. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Diego Vásquez's team will host Diriangén FC.
