      Shamrock Rovers celebrate narrow win over Bohemian

      Shamrock Rovers triumphed over Bohemian in a close win on Friday, 2-1, on matchday 12. To this matchday, Stephen Bradley's team came from two wins, and Alan Reynolds's team came from a defeat. Graham Burke was the main player. In the starting XI there was Patrick Hickey. Paul Walters didn't leave the bench.

      The first goal was scored by Graham Burke with five minutes on the clock. Shortly before the interval, forward struck the second goal for Shamrock Rovers, from the penalty spot.

      Colm Whelan netted the last goal after 80 minutes from the penalty spot.

      After the result Shamrock Rovers are 1st in the table, with 25 points, while Bohemian sit 4th place, with 20 points. In the next fixture, Stephen Bradley's team will play away against Derry City, while Alan Reynolds's team visit St. Patrick.
