      Swansea City Advances in EFL League Cup After Defeating Crawley Town

      Swansea City triumphed over Crawley Town, 3-1, on Tuesday, in a match relating of the EFL League Cup. Both Alan Sheehan's team and Scott Lindsey's team held their first game in the competition.

      The opening goal was scored by Ronald Pereira early in the game.

      With 67 minutes on the clock, Bobby Wales doubled the lead for Swansea City. After 75 minutes, Kabongo Tshimanga fired home for Crawley Town. In the 83rd minute, Scott Lindsey's team saw Gavan Holohan get a straight red card deep into added time, Ethan Galbraith scored the last goal of the match.

      With this result, Swansea City are through to the next round of the competition. In the next fixture, Alan Sheehan's team will play at home against Plymouth Argyle.
