      Barcelona eased past Bayern München, 7-1, on Tuesday, in a match relating of the Women Champions League. Both Pere Romeu's team and Jose Barcala Garcia's team held their first game in the competition. Ewa Pajor was the man of the match.

      Alexia Putellas opened the score with four minutes on the clock. In the 12th minute, Barcelona increased their lead with a goal from Ewa Pajor. After 27 minutes, Pere Romeu's team extended their lead with a goal from Esmee Brugts. With 32 minutes on the clock, Klara Bühl struck for Bayern München. With 45 minutes already played, Salma Paralluelo doubled the lead for Pere Romeu's team.

      With 56 minutes on the clock, Barcelona increased their lead with a goal from Ewa Pajor. In the closing stages of the game, Pere Romeu's team extended their lead with a goal from Clàudia Pina. Forward netted the last goal in the final minutes of the game.

      In relation to forthcoming league matches, Barcelona visit Roma, whilst Bayern München will host Juventus.
