      Saprissa beat Herediano

      Saprissa defeated Herediano, 2-1, on Wednesday, in a match relating of the Costa Rica Clausura.

      The first goal of the game was scored by Orlando Sinclair, after nine minutes. In the 12th minute, Tomás Rodríguez scored the second goal for Saprissa. José González netted the last goal with 23 minutes on the clock.

      After the break, Gerald Taylor left the game early after seeing a red card.

      In the next fixture, Saprissa will play away against Herediano.
