Wolves Confirm Raúl Jiménez Return on Two-Year Deal

Wolves have confirmed the return of Raúl Jiménez, with the experienced Mexican striker signing a two-year contract, including the option of a further season.

The 35-year-old rejoins Wolves on a free transfer after three years at Fulham, where he spent the latter stages of his Premier League career. His return comes as the club prepare for life in the Championship following relegation from the top flight last season.

Jiménez remains a hugely popular figure at Molineux after a successful first spell between 2018 and 2023. Following his arrival from Benfica, he scored 57 goals in 166 appearances and played a key role in one of the most memorable periods in the club’s recent history. He helped Wolves secure a seventh-place Premier League finish in 2018/19 and was instrumental in their run to the Europa League quarter-finals the following season.

The striker becomes Wolves’ second free signing of the summer, joining former England full-back Kieran Trippier, who has also agreed a two-year deal.

Before returning to club duties, Jiménez will focus on the 2026 World Cup with co-hosts Mexico. The veteran forward is expected to play a leading role for his country, who begin their campaign against South Africa on Thursday.
