Shimizu S-Pulse defeated at home against Yokohama Marinos

Yokohama Marinos beat Shimizu S-Pulse, 3x5, on Saturday, on matchday 19. Before this matchday, Zé Ricardo's team came from a draw, and Kevin Muscat's team came from four wins. Léo Ceará runned the show.

After 10 minutes, Takuma Nishimura opened the scoring for Yokohama Marinos, laid on by Léo Ceará.  after 13 minutes, Yuta Kamiya fired home for Shimizu S-Pulse, assisted by Thiago Santana. With 45 minutes already played, Léo Ceará struck the second goal for Yokohama's team, laid on by Kota Mizunuma. 

With 47 minutes on the clock, Thiago Santana fired home Shimizu-Ku, Shizuoka's team second goal. After 49 minutes, Léo Ceará struck for Kevin Muscat's team. Forward completed the hat-trick, laid on by Kota Mizunuma, in the 52nd minute. In the closing stages of the game, Yokohama Marinos extended their lead with a goal from Ryo Miyaichi.  Eiichi Katayama netted the last goal in stoppage time.

After the result Yokohama Marinos are 1st in the table, with 40 points, while Shimizu S-Pulse sit 17th place, with 17 points. In the next fixture, Yokohama's team will play at home against Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Meanwhile, Shimizu-Ku, Shizuoka's team visit Vissel Kobe.
