Despite the draw, Sporting beat Young Boys

Sporting and Young Boys drew 1x1 in a match on Thursday, in a match relating of the Europa League. Rúben Amorim's team beat Raphael Wicky's team, 3x1, in the first leg of the tie.

Viktor Gyökeres opened the score after 13 minutes, with a left-foot shot inside the penalty area.

After 57 minutes, forward could have scored for Sporting, but David von Ballmoos has brilliantly saved the penalty. Silvère Ganvoula netted the last goal with 84 minutes on the clock from the penalty spot.

With this result, Sporting are into the next round of the competition.
