Pyramids FC get the better of Enugu Rangers

Pyramids FC defeated Enugu Rangers in a win on Sunday, 1x3, in a match relating to the Grp.A of the Taça Confederação CAF. Both Salisu Yusuf's team and Sébastien Desabre's team held their first game in the competition.

After 28 minutes, Ibrahim Olawoyin opened the scoring for Enugu Rangers. Shortly before the interval, Salisu Yusuf's team saw Tope Olusesi get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.

In the 54th minute, Mohamed Farouk struck for Pyramids FC, from the penalty spot. Sébastien Desabre's team scored their second goal of the game through Amor Layouni, with 83 minutes on the clock. Islam Issa netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game from the penalty spot.

In the next fixture, Pyramids FC will host ASJ Nouadhibou, while Enugu Rangers visit Al-Masry .
