Romania beat Lithuania, 0x4, on Friday, in a match relating to the Grp.H of the European Women's Championship. Stefania Vatafu runned the show.
The first-half ended with a goalless draw.
The opening goal was scored by Stefania Vatafu with 63 minutes on the clock. Romania scored their second goal of the game through Laura Rus, in the 77th minute, laid on by Mihaela Ciolacu. After 81 minutes, Mirel Albon's team increased their lead with a goal from Stefania Vatafu from the penalty spot. With 90 minutes already on the clock, Ana Maria Vladulescu wrapped things up, assisted by Carmen Marcu.
In relation to forthcoming league matches, Romania will host Switzerland, whilst Lithuania will play at home against Belgium.
