Euro U21 (Qual.): Finland beat Croatia in close encounter

Finland overcame Croatia in a close win on Tuesday, 2x3, in a match relating to the Grp.1 of the Euro U21 (Qual.). Toni Fruk was decisive with 1 goal.

The first goal of the game was scored by Naatan Skyttä, in the 11th minute. In the 29th minute, Finland extended their lead with a goal from midfielder. With 45 minutes already played, Terry Ablade doubled the lead for Juha Malinen's team.

After 68 minutes, Roko Simic missed the spot-kick. With 71 minutes on the clock, Josip Sutalo struck for Croatia. In the final minutes of the game, Toni Fruk netted the final goal of the game, laid on by Gabriel Vidovic.

In the next fixture, Finland will play away against Austria, while Croatia visit Norway.
