Athletic triumphed over Cádiz in a close win on Thursday, 2x3, relating to matchweek 33 of the La Liga. Coming into the contest, Sergio González's team came from a win, and Marcelino Toral's team came from a defeat. Rubén Sobrino was decisive with 1 goal.
