IFK Goteborg defeated by Elfsborg

Elfsborg edged out IFK Goteborg, 3x1, on Sunday, relating to matchweek 9 of Allsvenskan. To this matchday, Jimmy Thelin's team came from a defeat, and Mikael Stahre's team came from a draw.In this game the record for most shot this season was beaten, with 42 shots.

The opening goal was scored by Per Frick in the 9th minute. After 35 minutes, Marcus Berg fired home for IFK Goteborg, laid on by Kevin Yakob. Shortly before the interval, Johan Larsson struck the second goal for Elfsborg, assisted by Emmanuel Boateng. With this goal, Johan Larsson reached the 5th goal of the season. 

After 55 minutes, Oliver Zandén netted the final goal of the game, laid on by Jacob Ondrejka.
