Marítimo get the better of FC Porto B

Marítimo triumphed over FC Porto B, 0x2, on Saturday, relating to matchweek 5 of the Portuguese Division Two. In this competition, the Dragões came from a defeat, and Manuel Tulipa's team came from two wins.

The first half came to an end without goals.

Lucas Silva opened the score after 54 minutes, with a right-foot shot. In the 71st minute, FC Porto B saw António Folha get a straight red card in the final minutes of the game, Bruno Marques advanced to the penalty, but Francisco Meixedo defended. Bruno Marques netted the last goal in the closing stages of the game with a left-foot strike from outside the penalty box.

After the result Marítimo are 2nd in the table, with 12 points, while FC Porto B sit 12th place, with 5 points. In relation to forthcoming league matches, Manuel Tulipa's team will play at home against CD Mafra. Meanwhile, António Folha's team will play away against Leixões.
