Austin FC edged past Colorado Rapids

Austin FC edged out Colorado Rapids, 2x3, on Monday, relating to matchday 3 of MLS. To this matchday, Denver, CO's team came from a defeat, and Josh Wolff's team came from a win.

The opening goal was scored by Lalas Abubakar after 19 minutes. Colorado Rapids scored their second goal of the game through Jonathan Lewis, with 22 minutes on the clock, assisted by Diego Rubio.  after 28 minutes, Ethan Finlay fired home for Austin FC, assisted by Jon Gallagher. In the 45th minute, Sebastián Driussi scored the second goal for Josh Wolff's team, laid on by Jon Gallagher. With this goal, Sebastián Driussi reached the landmark of fifteen goals this season.

With 59 minutes on the clock, Maxi Urruti netted the final goal of the game, assisted by Ethan Finlay. After 75 minutes, Austin's team saw Kipp Keller get sent off due to accumulation of yellows.
