Hartford Athletic edged past NY Red Bulls Reservas

Hartford Athletic overcame NY Red Bulls Reservas, 3x2, on Saturday, in a match relating to the Grp.A of USL Championship.

With 36 minutes on the clock, Luka Prpa opened the score for Hartford Athletic, assisted by Tom Brewitt. Shortly before the interval, Jordan Adebayo-Smith struck for NY Red Bulls Reservas, laid on by O’Vonte Mullings.

After 54 minutes, Joel Johnson scored the second goal for Harry Watling's team. Gary Lewis's team scored their second goal of the game through Illia Tyrkus, with 70 minutes on the clock, laid on by O’Vonte Mullings.  Corey Hertzog netted the last goal deep into added time.

In relation to forthcoming league matches, Hartford Athletic visit FC Tulsa, while NY Red Bulls Reservas will play away against Indy Eleven.
