St. Mirren get the better of Livingston

St. Mirren overcame Livingston in a close win on Saturday, 2x1, relating to matchweek 9 of the Scottish Premiership. In this competition, Paisley's team came from a win, and Livingston's team came from two wins.

The first-half ended with a goalless draw.

After 59 minutes, key moment of the game, when Alex Greive came on. In the 69th minute, Kenau Baccus opened the scoring for St. Mirren, laid on by Ryan Flynn. After 76 minutes, Steve Robinson's team saw Jonah Ayunga get a straight red card in the closing stages of the game, Bruce Anderson struck for Livingston. Alex Greive netted the last goal with 90 minutes on the clock.

After the result St. Mirren are 3rd in the table, with 15 points, while Livingston sit 7th place, with 12 points. In the next fixture, Paisley's team will play away against Rangers, whilst Livingston's team will play at home against Ross County.
