Campeonato Italiano Juniores: Cagliari get the better of Milan

Cagliari triumphed over Milan, 2x4, on Saturday, in a game related to matchweek 11 of Campeonato Italiano Juniores. To this matchweek, Ignazio Abate's team came from a win, and Fabio Pisacane's team came from a defeat. Ismael Konate was the man of the match.

The first half came to an end without goals.

The first goal was scored by Kingstone Mutandwa after 59 minutes. With 60 minutes on the clock, Ismael Konate doubled the lead for Cagliari. After 63 minutes, Mattia Liberali fired home for Milan. After 72 minutes, Fabio Pisacane's team increased their lead with a goal from Alessandro Vinciguerra. In an unlucky moment Etienne Catena scored an own goal with 77 minutes on the clock. In stoppage time, Ismael Konate scored the last goal of the match.

After the result Milan are 2nd in the table, with 23 points, while Cagliari sit 8th place, with 17 points. With regard to the next fixture, Fabio Pisacane's team will host Empoli, whilst Ignazio Abate's team will play away against Lazio.
