Detroit City defeated Loudoun United, 4x2, on Saturday, in a match relating to the Grp.A of USL Championship.
In an unlucky moment Grant Lillard scored an own goal with 35 minutes on the clock. In the 39th minute, Botello Faz doubled the lead for Detroit City. with 45 minutes already played, Detroit's team extended their lead with a goal from Michael Bryant.
After 53 minutes, Trevor James's team increased their lead with a goal from Maxi Rodriguez. with 68 minutes on the clock, Skage Lehland fired home for Loudoun United, laid on by Jacob Greene. After 90 minutes, Grant Lillard wrapped things up, assisted by Ted Ku-DiPietro.
In relation to forthcoming league matches, Detroit City visit Miami FC, whilst Loudoun United will host Memphis 901.
