Juventude and Corinthians share points

Relating to matchweek 30 of the Brazil Serie A, the game between Juventude and Corinthians on Tuesday ended in a draw, 2x2. Coming into the contest, Caxias do Sul (RS)'s team came from two defeats, and São Paulo (SP)'s team came from two wins.

The first goal was scored by Giuliano after 24 minutes.

Sub Óscar Ruiz, after the break, changed the course of the game. In the 46th minute, midfielder fired home for Juventude, assisted by Isidro Pitta. Corinthians scored their second goal of the game through Yuri Alberto, with 54 minutes on the clock, laid on by Mateus Vital. Yuri Alberto now on a scoring streak of 3 consecutive games. In the 62nd minute, Isidro Pitta wrapped things up, laid on by Óscar Ruiz.

After the result Corinthians are 4th in the table, with 51 points, while Juventude sit 20th place, with 20 points. In the next fixture, Lucas Zanella's team visit Santos, whilst Vítor Pereira's team will play at home against Athletico Paranaense.
