Strasbourg edged out Angers in a close win on Saturday, 2x1, on to matchday 24 of the Ligue 1. To this matchweek, Frédéric Antonetti's team came from a defeat, and Abdel Bouhazama's team came from two draws. Habib Diallo runned the show.
The opening goal was scored by Habib Diallo after 14 minutes. Strasbourg scored their second goal of the game through forward, shortly before the interval.
Nabil Bentaleb netted the last goal in the 73rd minute from the penalty spot.
After the result Strasbourg are 15th in the table, with 21 points, while Angers sit 20th place, with 10 points. In their next fixture, Frédéric Antonetti's team will play away against Clermont, whilst Abdel Bouhazama's team will host Lyon.
